We Know What It Feels Like to Be Let Down by an Agent
Adam Rajpal founded Hassle Free Letting in 2017 after a frustrating personal experience as a landlord, dealing with agents who weren't honest, weren't reliable, and weren't particularly interested in doing a great job. He knew there had to be a better way.
The goal was straightforward: build a property management company that landlords could actually trust. One that communicated clearly, priced fairly, used good contractors, and treated every property with genuine care, regardless of whether a landlord had one property or twenty.
Today, Hassle Free Letting manages over 125 properties and collects more than £2.5M in rent annually. We've grown by doing the basics brilliantly and by being the kind of agency that landlords recommend to other landlords.
Our focus has sharpened over the years. We now work primarily with portfolio landlords, typically those managing 3 to 20 properties across the UK, who want one trusted agency handling everything, with one dedicated account manager and a team that actually picks up the phone.

Adam founded Hassle Free Letting in 2017 after experiencing firsthand how difficult it is to find an agent who combines honesty with genuine expertise. He sets the vision and standards for the business, a service built on integrity, reasonable pricing, and ambitious growth without cutting corners.
Charlotte Fletcher
Lettings Manager
Charlotte brings over 15 years of lettings experience and holds ARLA Level 3 qualification. She leads the lettings function at Hassle Free Letting, ensuring every process from tenant referencing to tenancy renewals runs to the highest standard. Charlotte is your first call for portfolio reviews and new landlord consultations, and is available on selected Saturdays for landlords who can't do weekday appointments.

Operations Manager
Jelena is an experienced Lettings Operations Manager with a proven ability to oversee residential property portfolios and optimise day-to-day operations. She is highly skilled in tenancy management, and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. With a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of industry regulations, Jelena ensures compliance while driving efficiency and service excellence.
